To all our lovely customers – thank you so much for your patience in these extraordinary times.

We hope you’re all safe and well.

The exciting news is that we are now OPEN

And our booking system is now live

As I’m sure you’ll expect, we have a few temporary new plans in place to keep everyone safe. In particular, our capacity will obviously be reduced for the time being.

Hopefully, they aren’t too much trouble and if we can all respect these measures, we should be able to enjoy the pub as much as possible throughout the summer. As and when anything changes, we will be right there and will follow the guidance accordingly!

Our Temporary New Plans

In line with the current guidance, we will be running table service only. Don’t worry, there will be lots of us around so you won’t have to wait!

And to manage people arriving at the pub, you will be greeted at the door so we strongly recommend that you reserve a table – this is whether you’d like to have just drinks or if you’re coming for a meal

Please would you wear a face covering while moving through the pub

The Maximum number of people per reservation will be 8

To allow as many people as possible to enjoy the pub, reservations will be for 2 hours unless you request longer, then we’ll see what we can do!

Payments will be by Card/Contactless Only

Children – we very much look forward to seeing families in the pub and, as always, we ask you to come before 7pm. To maintain safety for all, we ask children to remain seated throughout your visit

To allow safe traffic through the pub, we ask that no buggies are brought to the pub

We are now allowing dogs to the pub, outside on a lead at all times.

We hope to see you soon!

For all reservations, please book here

Menu

We run a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu with daily specials throughout the week and the Sunday menu includes our hugely popular Roast Sirloin of Beef with all the trimmings.

In a quiet residential street not far from Clapham Common, The Bobbin is an appealing neighbourhood gastropub. It has a changing rota of proper ales (perhaps St Austell Tribute or something from Sambrooks), good wines by the glass, a cosy front room, and an airy conservatory at the rear.
